Albion Rovers recorded only their second home win this year with a convincing 3-1 victory over promotion chasing Cowdenbeath.
The home side took a deserved lead after only 16 minutes when Bobby Barr latched on to a long ball out of defence, before cutting in from the left and firing an unstoppable shot in to the top corner from the edge of the box.
Cowdenbeath hit back after the break when a Derek Fleming corner found John Gemmell at the back post, his header was well saved by Chris McCluskey, but John Armstrong was on hand to tap home the rebound.
However Albion regained the lead after 74 minutes when the visitors failed to clear their lines following a Callan Adam corner and Alan Benton was on hand to fire an excellent volley in to the back of net.
And Albion grabbed a third a minute into stoppage time with a superb dipping volley from 30 yards by Ross Harris that left Scott Gallacher in the Cowdenbeath goal helpless.
