Michael Mullen's dramatic overhead effort snatched all three points for Stranraer as they pipped East Stirling 2-1.
Visitors East Stirling took the lead after seven minutes following a corner. Andy Brand's initial effort was cleared off the goal line by Stranraer's James McKinstry but it went straight to Craig Donaldson who powered home a low shot through the packed area.
The home side equalised after 21 minutes. Mullen put in a cross from the right and although it looked too high for Greg Tade at the far post, he managed to net with a spectacular header.
Stranraer grabbed the winner in the 78th minute with a spectacular effort by Mullen which caught Shire keeper Gary O'Connor out from just outside the box.
